One of the plants is ready to harvest, it's the Strawberry Cough!

Hooray! Midnight's Strawberry Cough plant is ready to harvest.  We've been watching the trichromes change color waiting for the perfect ratio of cloudy to clear to begin harvesting.  Now it's

Midnight started the flushing of nutrients a couple weeks ago.  To begin the flushing, Midnight watered her Strawberry Cough plant with 3 gallons of pH balanced water all at once,  then for the next two weeks, watered with only pH balanced

The nutrients get flushed out to improve the quality of the flavor.  Without the flushing the taste would be harsh and the flavor profile of the terps would be masked by nutes taste.   After the flush, Midnight let her plant sit without being watered.  The plant dries out making it easier to trim off branches and begins the drying process.
